We work with experienced barristers and experts throughout the Country. We aim to assemble the best team we can to represent you at a Magistrates’ Court or at a Crown Court, anywhere in England or Wales.

If you’ve received a summons to attend at Court please call us on 01227 20 33 20. We are sometimes able to offer a fixed fee depending on the kind of case that you are facing.

Costs

For us to represent you on a guilty plea we can usually offer a fixed fee provided the case is concluded at the Magistrates’ Court at the first hearing

  • Speeding | £600 + VAT
  • Driving without insurance | £600 + VAT
  • Driving without due care and attention | £600 + VAT
  • Failing to provide a specimen | £600 + VAT
  • Failing to stop after an accident | £600 + VAT
  • Driving with excess alcohol | £600 + VAT
  • Driving under the influence of drugs | £600 + VAT
  • Section 1 Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 | £1,500 + VAT
  • Section 4B Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 | £1,500 + VAT
  • Section 3 Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 | £1,500 + VAT
  • Section 2 Dogs Act 1871  | £1,500 + VAT
  • Breach of noise abatement notice | £2,000 + VAT

If experts are required, then their fees would be charged in addition to the above figures.

If the case goes to a trial (or a Newton Hearing), the fees for up to a one day case at the Magistrates’ Court are likely to cost in the region of £3k to £5k + VAT and expert’s fees (if any).

All the above fees include the fees of a barrister where appropriate.

The costs for a Crown Court case and for appeals will be much higher.
