Do you really need a Solicitor for this?
No. You could make your own will as well as produce and register your own Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA).
However, if we do them for you, you’ll have the peace of mind that they have been drafted by a firm of lawyers who are regulated and authorised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

A single codicil costs from £100 + VAT
A basic single will costs from £150 + VAT
Basic mirror wills (for you + partner/spouse) costs from £200 + VAT
A single will with trust costs from £300 + VAT
Mirror wills with trusts costs from £400 + VAT
LPAs
For one type of LPA : £400 + VAT for a single, or £500 + VAT for mirrored
For both types of LPA : £500 + VAT for a single, or £600 + VAT for mirrored
NB In each case of an LPA there is a fee payable to the Office of the Public Guardian for registration (currently £92 per LPA to be registered)
